Event overview
The Flying Frog 5K/10K and 1st Annual Frog Fest takes place on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at Beaufort Executive Airport. The running course is a USATF-certified runway course described as flat. The event supports Operation Patriots FOB; proceeds directly support that nonprofit, whose work focuses on peer connection, outdoor and recreational experiences, and advocacy for veterans, active-duty service members, first responders, and their families. Operation Patriots FOB is noted to hold a 4-star rating from Charity Navigator and a Platinum Seal of Transparency from Candid.

Registration pricing and dates are provided: Early Bird $30 (opens July 9, 2025), Regular $35 (January 1–March 31, 2026), Last Chance Online $40 (April 1–April 15, 2026). Registration is not refundable. The first 50 registrants receive a Flying Frog SWAG Bag.
Packet pickup is scheduled: Thursday, April 16, 2026 at Palmetto Running Co., Bluffton (4:00 PM–6:00 PM); Friday, April 17, 2026 at Beaufort Executive Airport (9:00 AM–3:00 PM); and race day packet pickup with a short window the morning of April 18. T-shirt sizes are guaranteed only for registrations completed before March 15, 2026.
Age divisions run from under 12 through 70+. Finisher medals are awarded to every participant who completes the race; top three male and female in each age division receive special awards. Awards are for in-person participants only. Walkers and strollers are permitted. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
