Carlisle Santa Dash and Fun Run 2026
The event takes place on Sunday 6 December 2026 in Carlisle and includes both a 5 km Santa Dash and a 2 km Fun Run/Walk in Bitts Park. The programme pairs a manually timed 5 km run with a shorter festive run so participants can take part in both on the same day.

All runners are required to wear a Santa suit for the event. Santa suits will be provided for entries to the Fun Run/Walk; child sizes cover roughly 5 to 8 years and 9 to 14 years, with an adult suit listed as one size fits all. Entries for children under five are free, and younger participants may receive a medal or a Santa hat with a medal.
