Brampton Trail Run 2027
The Brampton Trail Run is a single-lap, off-road event held in Brampton, Cumbria on 3 January 2027. The course covers approximately 7 kilometres on an undulating route that is mostly off road and may be muddy. The route is not suitable for wheelchairs.
The event is organised under UK Athletics rules and a Trail Running Association permit is pending. Entry is limited to 250 places. Runners must be aged 16 or older on race day. Affiliated entry fees are £17.50 and unaffiliated entry fees are £19.50; if the event has not sold out, entry on the day is available for an additional £2.50.
Race headquarters are at The Sands, Brampton, CA8 1EH. On-course and event facilities include water, toilets, and baggage storage. There are no distance markers, no changing facilities, and no showers. All finishers receive a bespoke medal and free event photographs are available to download. A mobile coffee van will be on site selling hot and cold drinks and cakes.
