About the race
The Brampton Trail Run takes place in Brampton, Cumbria on Sunday 3 January 2027. The event is organised by Fellside Events Ltd. and is held under UK Athletics rules with a Trail Running Association permit pending.
The course is a single lap of approximately 7 Kilometres. The route is mostly off road and undulating, with mixed terrain that may be muddy; trail shoes are recommended. The race is limited to 250 entries and is not suitable for wheelchairs.
Facilities at Race HQ, The Sands, Brampton CA8 1EH, include water, toilets and baggage storage. There are no distance markers, no changing facilities and no showers. A mobile coffee van will be on site offering hot and cold drinks and cakes. All finishers receive a bespoke medal and free event photographs will be available to download.
Entry categories and fees listed for this event are: affiliated entry £17.50 and unaffiliated entry £19.50. Entrants must be aged 16 or older on race day.
