Sport In Action Carlisle Resolution Runs
The event offers two officially measured and certified road races on a single day at Carlisle Race Course in England.
The available distances are:
- 10 km
- 5 km
The 5 km course remains unchanged from the previous year. It takes place entirely on the racecourse grounds, featuring two laps of the ambulance track on tarmac. This route is undulating but traffic-free.
The 10 km course details are pending. A new, permanent route will be measured later, once nearby construction is complete. The previously used route consisted of quiet country roads that were generally flat or gently undulating, finishing near the racecourse grandstand.
Prizes are awarded for the top three overall male and female finishers in each race. Additional age group prizes are awarded based on the number of competitors in each category. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
