Courses, logistics and prizes
The 10 km will use a new measured course; elevation is described as similar to previous races and the final course details will be confirmed when the route section is complete. The 5 km stays on the racecourse and includes two laps of the ambulance track on tarmac; the course is undulating and traffic free. Both courses are described as officially measured and certified by the Association of UK Course Measurers.
Race numbers and timing chips are issued at race registration. A full course risk assessment, maps, the race permit and the measurement certificate will be on display at event HQ on race day. Live results will be provided online and are expected to be available approximately 10 minutes after the race start. Prizes are awarded to overall Male and Female 1st to 3rd, with age-group prizes allocated according to competitor numbers.
