On 18 January 2026, Sport In Action Carlisle Resolution Runs offers 5K and 10K races at Carlisle Race Course. The 5K course stays on the racecourse, featuring two laps of the ambulance track on smooth tarmac; it is undulating but traffic-free and officially measured and certified by the Association of the UK Course Measurers. The 10K is a brand-new course planned for future events, with elevation similar to past races, to be finalized after the Southern Link Road section is completed.
