Timed events use chip timing with live results and awards; the 1 Mile, Kids Dash, and Virtual events are untimed. Packet pickup is available on race day. The virtual option includes a digital bib, event shirt, finisher medal, and packet shipping; mailed packets ship the Wednesday after the race.
Awards, course, and policies
Age-group awards for the 5k and 12k include overall, masters (40+), and top three in standard age brackets from 10 & under up to 80+. Kid’s Dash, 1 Mile, and Virtual events do not qualify for age-group awards. Course maps are provided for the 5k, 12k, and half marathon and the course is subject to change. Events proceed rain, shine, snow, or cold and the organizer has a no-refund policy; cancellation is limited to venue requirements or hazardous ice conditions, with transfers to virtual if cancellation occurs.
