The Life Unlimited 5K & 1 Mile Walk takes place on Saturday, March 14, 2026, in North Kansas City, Missouri (320 Armour Rd., 64116). The event is held in partnership with the Snake Saturday Parade in downtown North Kansas City. Distances offered:

Registration fees listed for the event are $30 for the 5K and $25 for the 1 Mile Walk. The 5K fee increases after February 22, 2026. The 1 Mile Walk registration closes on March 14, 2026.

Registration supports Life Unlimited, a provider of services for adults with developmental disabilities. Life Unlimited serves over 1,000 individuals across 12 counties and has provided services for more than 50 years.
All participants receive a custom finisher medal and a unisex tri-blend shirt. The event also offers free race photos, discounts and giveaways from sponsors, and a complimentary craft beer from Rochester Brewing & Roasting Co. on a rooftop while watching the Snake Saturday Parade. Awards include top overall male and female plaques and age-group medals in standard adult age bands. Packet pickup is scheduled March 13 (5:00-7:00 p.m., location TBD) and March 14 (6:00-7:45 a.m.) at 320 Armour Rd. Parking at Life Unlimited is limited; a shuttle lot at 3920 N.
