This event is a group run at Mill Creek Park on Broadway Boulevard in Kansas City, MO. Multiple distance options are offered and a capped number of participants register into timed waves; waves may fill quickly. Typical swag includes a running T-shirt, a finisher's towel or giveaway, a finisher's medal, and a digital training pack. Technical running shirts are available as an optional upgrade for an extra fee.
Final participant information and course maps are distributed by email the week before the event. Virtual entries may complete their distance at a time and place of their choosing and submit results to receive a medal. The event supports charity initiatives where each mile logged after the event can generate a $1 donation to partnered charities; fundraising is optional.
