Event overview

Can But Tri Adult Duathlon Series 7 of 8 is an off-road duathlon taking place at High Lodge, Thetford Forest (Brandon, Suffolk IP27 0AF) on 08 Mar 2026. The event uses a mixed-surface course that the organiser describes as easy to follow and not technical. Surfaces include grass, sand, gravel and possibly some mud.

The event follows a run-bike-run format with the following legs:

Entry, eligibility and rules

Entry places are limited to 100 and the event status is open. Entry fee is £15 until 06 Mar 2026; a service fee of 4% (minimum 50p) applies to each sign-up. The series offers a bespoke award for participants who complete 5 of the 8 events. The event is open to those aged 15 and over (age taken as on 31 Dec in the year of the event). Helmets must be worn during the bike leg. Any suitable off-road bike may be used, including mountain, cross or gravel bikes. Tri-bars are not permitted and suitable off-road tyres are required.
