Easter Challenge
The Easter Challenge is a time-bound running event held at the Suffolk Running Centre in the Suffolk countryside. Participants have six hours to complete as much distance as they choose by traversing a 10.5 km loop. The course follows the Back Quack route, which consists of a mixture of road and trail surfaces.
Runners can complete a single lap or multiple laps to reach various milestones during the six-hour window. As long as a participant leaves the designated Base Camp by 5:59:59, they are permitted to start another lap. The flexible format allows individuals to rest between laps or stop once they have reached their personal goal.
Distances achieved often include:
- 5 km
- 10 km
- Half Marathon
- Full Marathon
- Ultra-Marathon
The event features a mass start. Race headquarters and the aid station are located at the start and lap point. This station provides water; however, the event is cupless, and runners must bring their own bottles or collapsible cups for refilling. A baggage area is available in a hut near the start line.
Parking is included in the entry fee, with marshals on-site to assist with vehicle placement. All participants receive a medal upon finishing the event. The choice of medal depends on the entry option selected, ranging from a bespoke event medal to a standard finisher medal. Virtual participation options are also available for those unable to attend the physical location. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
