Event overview
The Easter Challenge is a six-hour timed running event organised by Zig Zag Running on 3 April 2026 at the Suffolk Running Centre, Church Road, IP29 5AX. Entrants must be at least 18 years old. Maximum field size is 300. Entries close on 2 April 2026. Virtual places are available for those who cannot attend in person. A bespoke finisher medal is provided unless a different medal option is selected. Parking is included with entry.
Course and logistics
The event uses the BACK QUACK route on a 10.5 km loop combining road and trail. The Race HQ and lap point are at the start location; a water and aid station will operate from Base Camp. The event uses a mass start. A baggage area is available in a hut near the start and is left at participants' own risk. The event is cupless, so participants should bring their own bottle or cup for refilling. Road trainers are suggested, with trail shoes optional depending on prior weather. Transfers are allowed under the organiser's policy - transfers to other participants are possible up to 48 hours before the event, and transfers to another event are allowed with specified conditions; a £10 fee applies for some late transfers. A virtual option is offered with a 15% future-event credit under certain circumstances. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
