Event Information

The Humpty Dumpty 10k is a road running event held from Reedham Village Hall in Norfolk. The race is part of the county championship and the ninth event in the Sportlink Grand Prix series for 2026. It is organized by runners.

The Course

The 10 km course is a return to the event's original location. It is described as gently undulating, using country lanes through the countryside around the villages of Reedham, Limpenhoe, and Freethorpe. The race starts on Pottles Lane in Reedham and finishes on the playing field at Reedham Village Hall. A course map is available for download.

Two water stations will be provided on the route. The course has a UK Athletics license and an accuracy certificate.

Event Details

The minimum age to participate is 15 years. All finishers receive a quality momento. Trophies are awarded to the first three overall male and female finishers, and to the top three in various age categories from Junior (U18) up to 75+ in five-year bands.

Race numbers are collected on the day of the event. Refreshments are available at the village hall, and toilet facilities are provided both in the hall and via portable units.

Logistics

Car parking at the venue is limited, so participants are encouraged to car share where possible. There is no bag drop facility. Entry fees are £20 for affiliated runners and £22 for unaffiliated runners. Entries are non-refundable and cannot be deferred, but transfers to another runner are possible until 31 May 2026.
