Bulldog Breakaway Twilight 5K
The Bulldog Breakaway Twilight 5K is an evening running event held in Charleston, South Carolina. The race takes place on a Thursday and follows a 5 km route that begins and ends at the track on Willson Field at The Citadel.
The course is USATF certified and features a route through the university campus and the surrounding area. Participants begin with a lap on the track, continue with a loop around the campus, and exit through the Summerall gate. The course then includes one full lap around Hampton Park before returning through the Summerall gate for a final campus lap and a finish on the track.

Facilities for participants include water stations located along the course and near the finish line. On-site restrooms are available in the vicinity of the track. Parking is provided on The Citadel's campus near the start and finish area. Race packets and numbers are distributed on the day of the event at the track, where registration is also available for those who did not pre-register.
