Brush Rabbit 5K Run/Walk takes place on April 11, 2026 at the Lindenhurst Fire Department Training Grounds, 555 Heling Blvd., Lindenhurst, NY. The event is hosted by the Chemical and Salvage Co. 2 of the Lindenhurst Fire Department and is presented as a 5K run and walk. The event is a fundraiser for Chemical and Salvage Co. 2 to support community outreach such as youth programs, a college scholarship award, fire prevention activities, seasonal events, and parades.
