About the race
Dix Hills FD Co3 5K Turkey Trot is a community 5-kilometer run/walk held on November 26, 2026, at Race Site, 575 Vanderbilt Parkway, Dix Hills, NY 11746. Parking is available on site, with additional parking nearby.
The base registration option listed is the 5K Run/Walk with a stated registration fee of $30; processing and transaction fees apply. The listing notes early and later total examples ($33.80 and $44.15) and that totals may vary with additional options such as donations. The first 100 registrants receive a T-shirt. Participants who register three weeks before the event are eligible for a personalized bib number.
On-site amenities include water and refreshments, bathrooms, live results available online or by text/email, and free finish-line photos. Results and finish-line media are offered the same day. Awards are planned for the top three male and female overall finishers and for top three male and female finishers in age groups including 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60 plus.
Bib pickup is available before the event at the Dix Hills Fire Department Station 1 and also on the day of the event through event staff.
