Brotherhood for the Fallen offers a half mile fun run, a 5K and a 10K in Suffolk County, New York. The event is based at the Suffolk County Police Department - 4th Precinct, 727 Veterans Memorial Highway, Smithtown, NY 11788.

Race amenities include a guaranteed T-shirt by June 20, medals for all 5K and 10K finishers, free finish line photos, post-race refreshments, giveaways, vendors, an awards ceremony, raffles and a silent auction at packet pickup and on race day, plus a DJ and announcer. Fun run participants receive a goody bag and T-shirt while supplies last; mascots are scheduled to appear at the fun run. 5K and 10K courses will be led by Suffolk County Highway Patrol officers.

Award categories include cash prizes for the top three overall male and female finishers in the 5K and 10K and for the top three first responders, age-group medals for standard age brackets, a fastest team prize (teams must have three members), and awards for most money raised and team spirit.

The 10K follows the 5K course with an added loop at the two-mile point; the 10K loop is described as hilly between miles three and four. Water stations are provided at mile two and between miles four and five.
