Xmiles Bolton Half Marathon & 10K
The Xmiles Bolton event takes place in Bolton, Greater Manchester on 4 April 2027 and is staged around Queen’s Park (BL1 4RU). Organisers offer two road races on a fully UKA licensed and accurately measured course that uses closed roads and is supported by race marshals and volunteers.
Participants follow a route that starts and finishes at Queen’s Park and passes notable town landmarks including Bolton Town Hall and Le Mans Crescent. The 10K is a single lap route while the Half Marathon comprises two laps of the same measured circuit. The course is fully signed and includes support stations along the route; free photos and video are provided and online results are published after the race.

Entries are listed with early entry prices: Half Marathon £39 (UKA members £37) and 10K £32 (UKA members £30). Entries include electronic timing, a custom finishers medal, course support, aid stations and event music. Parking is available in Bolton town centre. For operational reasons, Half Marathon runners must re-enter Queen’s Park from Park Road on the final lap at the designated turn point, approximately 10.75 miles into the route, to conform with road closure limits.
