RUNSTOCK 4 - Manchester Rave
RUNSTOCK 4 is an evening social running event in Manchester organised by Up & Running with URUNN leading the run. It is set at Upper Campfield Market Hall, Barton Street, Manchester M3 4NN on Monday 23rd November 2026.
The event includes a 5 km social run through Manchester led by URUNN, music and a rave atmosphere with neon and glow accessories encouraged as the dress code. A lineup of running brands will be present offering shoes and gear to try; confirmed brands include adidas, Altra, ASICS, Brooks, Karhu, Mizuno, Topo, Puma and Saucony. Attendees can expect freebies and giveaways during the evening and a post run after party at The Green, St. John’s, where there will be opportunities to meet other runners.
The event notes an age limit of 16 and over. Refunds are available up to seven days before the event. Organisers state that participants must be medically fit to take part and participate at their own risk; events are risk assessed but the organiser is not responsible for situations beyond their control.
