Golden Harvest Half Marathon & 5k/10k
The Golden Harvest Half Marathon & 5k/10k is a local-themed running event held in Tampa, Florida. The event offers a variety of distances to accommodate different participants, including:
- Half Marathon (13.1 miles)
- 10k (6.2 miles)
- 5k (3.1 miles)
- 1 Mile
- Kid's Dash (50 meters)
The Half Marathon, 10k, and 5k distances are chip-timed and include live results and awards. To assist runners in the Half Marathon, pacers are provided on the course. The 1 Mile and Kid's Dash are untimed events. The Kid's Dash is designed for children aged 10 and under, with an option for children to participate for free if they do not require event memorabilia.
All registered participants receive a designer shirt, a custom bib, and a finisher medal. To guarantee a shirt, registration must be completed at least two Thursdays before the event date. The event features free photography for participants and provides treats at the finish line.
For those unable to attend in person, a virtual race option is available. Virtual participants can complete their distance at any location and receive their medal and shirt via mail. There is also a volunteer-then-run program where individuals assist with packet pickup before participating in their chosen distance.
