The Blue Ridge Freedom 5K is a July 4, 2027 celebration run held in downtown Blue Ridge. The start and finish are located at Blue Ridge Sip and Play and Angry Hops Brewery, 342 E Main St, Blue Ridge, GA 30513.

Registration is online only and is available through the morning of July 4. Entry fee is $35.00 for the listed events, with discount pricing for children under 10. The main 5K registration window opens November 11, 2026 and closes June 26, 2027. The Push Assist 5K registration opens June 13, 2027 and closes June 28, 2027.
Packet pickup is available before race day at Angry Hops Brewery, 341 East Main Street, with additional bib pickup added for July 2 and July 3. Race day packet pickup is also offered at Angry Hops. Early pickup is strongly recommended.
On-site amenities include a doggie water station provided by Sip and Play and post-race beverage service from Sip and Play and Angry Hops. Strollers and dogs are welcome at the back of the pack; dogs are not permitted in registration or packet pickup lines. Walkers are welcome. Awards include most spirited runner and placements for overall, masters, and five-year age groups. Results are available by text and online during the event.
