Mercier Orchards Spiked Apple 5k
This is an annual timed 5K run/walk held at Mercier Orchards in Blue Ridge, Georgia, on March 27, 2027. The event takes place on the orchard property, a fourth-generation family-owned and veteran-operated farm, and features the orchard landscape and on-site cider offerings. The 5K is chip timed and scored by J3 Timing.
A volunteer option is offered that pairs volunteer service with participation in the course. Registration for the main event includes a soft ring spun cotton T-shirt, a shatterproof collapsible glass, a finisher medal that doubles as a bottle opener, a chip-timed race bib, posted race results, a homemade cider donut, and a pour of cider. Identification is required to receive alcoholic beverages for those aged 21 and over.
