Better Than Yesterday 5K
The Better Than Yesterday 5K is the second annual run and walk event hosted by Limitless Momentum on November 7, 2026, at Wilder Park, 350 N. River St, Aurora, IL 60506. The race covers 3.1 Miles and will use chip timing.
The event is described as a run/walk that emphasizes progress and overall well being. All participants are welcome to run or walk; children age six and under may attend free with a registered adult but will not receive a bib, timing, or swag and must be supervised in designated walk areas so runners have a clear course.
Registration opens on April 1, 2026 and closes on July 1, 2026. The stated registration fee is $40. Registration includes a race day t-shirt, a finisher medal, and a swag bag; size availability may be limited on race day. All registrations are final and non refundable; registrations that cannot attend are treated as charitable donations. Organizers will not ship race day t-shirts or swag to registrants who do not attend.
Proceeds from the Better Than Yesterday 5K will be donated to A Call To Shoulders, a local nonprofit focused on veteran skills and training. The event is planned to proceed rain or shine except in cases of severe weather that would make outdoor activity unsafe. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
