All races start and finish by the soccer fields in Ignacio Boulevard park in IVC, with the official start-finish location listed as 1800 Ignacio Blvd., Novato, CA 94949. Course maps are provided by the organizer.
Packet pick up information is provided for participants at Sports Basement Novato, 100 Vintage Way, Novato, CA 94945. There is no day-of packet pick up; participants must collect bibs and race shirts at packet pick up. Someone else may pick up a participant's packet on their behalf.
Event policies include a 1 hour and 20 minute time limit for the 5K and 10K, an aid station located about halfway on the 10K course, and a no dogs rule for the course. Strollers are allowed; a child in a stroller must be registered to receive event apparel or a medal.
Transfers between distances or to another participant are available through Race Roster with a $10 fee. Refunds are not offered unless Ticket Guardian Race Insurance was purchased. No deferrals are allowed.
