Packet pick up is handled before race day at Sports Basement Novato, 100 Vintage Way, Novato, CA 94945. There is no routine day-of packet pick up unless a race-day packet option is purchased for an extra fee. All runners must pick up their race bib and long-sleeve race tee at packet pick up; anyone may collect a packet on a participant's behalf.
All finishers receive a medal and every registered runner receives an official long-sleeve race tee. Course maps are provided by the organizer. The event supports School Fuel, the local education foundation that funds wellness, literacy, visual and performing arts, and technology programs for Novato public schools.
Key participant policies include no refunds except through purchased Ticket Guardian race insurance, no deferrals, and a 1 hour 20 minute time limit for both the 5K and 10K. Dogs are not allowed on the course; strollers are permitted but the child must be registered to receive a tee and medal. Distance or participant transfers are possible through Race Roster for a fee.
