Nitro Turkey : Point Pinole, November 26, 2026
Nitro Turkey is a Thanksgiving morning running event held at Point Pinole Regional Park in San Pablo, California. The program includes races for adults and a short children’s sprint. Walkers are welcome and Thanksgiving-themed costumes for participants of all ages are encouraged.
Distances:
- 10K on the park trails
- 5K on the park trails
- Little Turkeys roughly 100 yards for children
Children aged 10 and under who attend with adults entered in the 5K or 10K receive free entry into the Little Turkeys race and receive special medals and a goodie bag. The event supports the Food Bank of Contra Costa & Solano; participants are asked to bring at least one canned good, cash donations are accepted during registration, and donation bins will be available on race day.
