Army Ten-Miler
The Army Ten Miler is an annual road race first held in 1985 and staged each October in Washington, D.C. The 42nd edition is scheduled for October 11, 2026 at the Pentagon. The event is offered as both an in person race and a virtual edition and is presented under the Army Ten Miler banner.
The race promotes the Army, builds esprit de corps, supports Army fitness goals, and seeks to enhance community relations. All race proceeds benefit Soldier MWR programs. General registration for the event is open to everyone.
Race weekend includes an Expo presented by Navy Federal Credit Union, packet pickup and shuttle service to the Expo, a pasta dinner, and published race results. Other race activities and programs listed for the event include team registration and management, a youth run, the Hooah Tent, volunteer opportunities, shadow runs, an Armed Forces Series Challenge, and the Run 250 Miles For America challenge.
