Registration, timing, and policies
The race is free for club members as part of the low-key race series; members still must sign up for a 2025 bib and chip and may exchange older chips. New members without an older chip are asked to bring a $5 chip deposit. Non-members pay a registration fee of $17 for participants 18 and over and $11.60 for participants under 18; these prices include the registration and processing fee. Bib and chip pickup takes place on race morning near the start area with volunteer assistance.
The young runs are untimed and free, but youth participants must be registered by a parent or guardian before race day. Parents or guardians do not need to register to accompany their child. The event is staffed by volunteers and volunteers are requested. Monetary refunds are not provided for non-members; registrations can be moved to another low-key event instead.
