The Apple Blossom Valley Health 10K and Shenandoah Valley Orthodontics Kids' Bloomin' Mile is a multi-day event taking place in Winchester, Virginia. The main events are a 10K run and a series of children's mile races categorized by age group.

The event consists of the following races:
- 10K: Open to participants aged 10 to 110.
- Kids' Bloomin' Mile: Separate races for age groups 6-7, 8-9, 10-11, and 12-14 years old.
The Kids' Mile races take place on Friday, May 1, 2026. They cover the first mile of the 10K course, and all finishers receive a medal. The 10K is held on Saturday, May 2, 2026. The 10K course is USATF-certified and runs through the streets of downtown Winchester, covering historic parts of the Apple Blossom Parade route. This 10K is designated as the 2026 RRCA Virginia State 10K Championship.
For safety, parents or guardians must pick up children in the 6-7 age group from a designated finishing corral. Bicycles, roller blades, skateboards, strollers, and animals are not allowed on the 10K course.
Location and Registration
All packet pickup and the race start is at Handley High School, located at 425 Handley Blvd in Winchester. Packet pickup times are scheduled for the Thursday and Friday before the race, as well as on Saturday morning before the 10K.
The registration price for the Kids' Mile is $25, and for the 10K it is $40. Prices increase after March 28, 2026. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
