AdventHealth Cool Sommer Mornings Series - Mysterious Kraken (September 13, 2026)

The bike course travels clockwise around Lake Minneola; the typical single lap omits the former residential segment. A 16 mile bike distance is two laps. The run is an out and back on the South Lake Trail.
