Event overview
The AdventHealth Cool Sommer Mornings Triathlon-Duathlon-5K Series is a four-race series held monthly from June through September 2026 at Clermont Waterfront Park in Clermont, Florida. Events take place along the shore of Lake Minneola. The 2026 series introduces a Double Challenge that lets athletes complete two sprint-distance courses back-to-back for selected disciplines. The series includes in-person and virtual event options.

- Sprint Aquabike - Swim .25 mi, Bike 8.2 mi
- Sprint Aquathlon - Swim .25 mi, Run 3.1 mi
- Double Sprint Triathlon - Repeat the sprint triathlon course twice
- Double Duathlon - Repeat the duathlon sequence back-to-back
- Double Aquabike - Repeat the aquabike sequence back-to-back
- Relay events - Sprint Triathlon Team Relay and Double Triathlon Relay
- Virtual event - Virtual Cool Sommer Mornings Series event

Location and memberships
Location: Clermont Waterfront Park, 100 3rd Street, Clermont, FL 34711. A membership option called Sommer Sports Maniac offers benefits such as race deferrals, a medical race credit with documentation, free race transfers under certain conditions, and a 10% discount on Sommer Sports owned races.
USA Triathlon program
The event is part of the 2026 USA Triathlon State Championships Ranking Point Event program in Florida. To be eligible for a Florida State Championship, athletes must complete at least three USAT-sanctioned triathlon races in Florida and have a Florida USAT membership address.
