AdventHealth Clermont Freedom 5K
The AdventHealth Clermont Freedom 5K is scheduled for July 4th in Downtown Clermont, Florida. The event offers both an in-person Freedom Live Run / Walk and a Virtual Freedom Run / Walk 5K. The in-person and virtual distances are 3.1 Miles each. Registration for the in-person race opens October 15, 2025 and closes November 23, 2025; virtual registration opens October 15, 2025 and remains open until July 4, 2026. Entry fees listed by the organizer are $30.00 for the live race and $45.00 for the virtual option.
Race entry includes chip timing, a gender-specific custom running tank, a custom finisher medal, and access to the finish area at Suncreek Brewery and Sud's Saloon. Post-race refreshments include snacks, beverages, and watermelon, and there will be a DJ and live music. Awards cover overall, masters, grand masters, and five-year age groups; awards are presented as unique living art pieces created by LiveTrends Design Group and must be picked up during the awards ceremony.
Packet pick-up takes place at Dash Sports in Clermont on July 2 and July 3, with race morning pick-up available on the City Hall lawn; packets not picked up on race morning will not be held or shipped. Virtual packets are shipped within two weeks after the race and cannot be shipped outside the United States. Dogs are not allowed on the course; approved service dogs must start at the back, be leashed, and cannot use retractable leashes. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
