LEFTOVER Trail Run

LEFTOVER is a mid June trail running event at Lake Louisa State Park featuring two distance options and post-race amenities. The race offers a one-loop 4 Mile course and a two-loop 8 Mile course with a listed elevation gain of 74 feet. Aid stations are located at miles 2 and 4; some stations are self-serve and some are staffed. There is an on-course restroom at mile 4.

The event is chip timed and includes post-race food and drinks as well as live music. The organizer brings leftover or throwback race items from past years, including throwback bib artwork, medallions, and other swag for registrants. The event is presented as family friendly.

Packet pick-up is scheduled the Thursday before at the National Training Center from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on race morning at Lake Louisa State Park from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM. Parking passes are single day use, must be purchased online the morning of the race, and parking fees go directly to Lake Louisa State Park.
