LEFTOVER Trail Run: June 13
The LEFTOVER Trail Run takes place at Lake Louisa State Park and offers two course options on a marked trail. The event includes live music, post-race food and drinks, and leftover or throwback race swag and medallions from past events. The race is chip timed and described as family friendly.
Course options:
- 4 Mile, one loop
- 8 Mile, two loops
Aid stations are located at miles 2 and 4; some stations are self-serve and others are staffed by volunteers. There is an on-course restroom at mile 4 and additional restrooms at the start and finish areas. The reported elevation gain for the course is 74 ft. Participants are asked to use trash cans to help keep the state park clean.
Packet pick-up is available Friday at The National Training Center from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and Saturday at Lake Louisa State Park from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM. Parking passes are single day use and must be purchased online the morning of the race; parking fees go directly to Lake Louisa State Park.
Awards include overall male and female placements for first through third, a masters 50 plus first place for male and female, and top three male and female finishers in multiple age groups. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
