ADPS Police Athletic League Blue Night Run
The Aiken Department of Public Safety presents the Blue Night Run, a fundraising event on October 9, 2026 at Citizens Park in Aiken, South Carolina. The event marks the 20th anniversary of the ADPS Police Athletic League, a 501(c)(3) organization founded in April 2006.

ADPS PAL provides children who may face financial or environmental barriers with opportunities to join organized sports and positive activities while engaging with ADPS officers and community members. Program activities offered over the years include football, cheer, track and field, basketball, chess, golf, horseback riding, mentorship, and a PAL Youth Leadership Program. ADPS PAL reports it impacts over 100 participants and their families each year.
All proceeds from the Blue Night Run are used to buy equipment and supplies for PAL programs. ADPS PAL does not incur personnel costs, so funds raised go toward program needs. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
