The Turn Around Foundation presents the 3rd annual Love Doesn't Hurt event on October 10, 2026, at Mill Village Trailhead - Augusta Canal, 109 Eve St., Augusta, Georgia. The event is held in recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness Month and in honor of the organizer's mother, who was a victim of domestic violence. Funds raised support people in Augusta who are experiencing domestic violence, homelessness, or other hardships by providing food, shelter, clothing, and similar assistance.

Packet pickup is scheduled on October 3, 2026 at Fit 2 Run at the Augusta Mall, 3450 Wrightsboro Rd., and on October 9, 2026 at Fleet Feet Augusta, 229 Furys Ferry Rd. Packet pickup is also available on race day at Mill Village Trailhead. Registration prices listed for the period October 12, 2025 through October 9, 2026 are $20 for the 1 mile, $25 for the 5k, and $30 for the 10k. Same day registration prices are $20 for the 1 mile, $30 for the 5k, and $35 for the 10k.
Awards include gift cards for first place winners in the 5k and 10k, and each participant receives a medal. A virtual race app option is available to track and upload verified times. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
