Savannah River Marathon - North Augusta, SC
The Savannah River Marathon takes place in North Augusta, South Carolina and includes three race distances. Entry is limited to 275 runners total across all events. Registration closes on October 17 at 7 p.m. or when the field reaches the cap. Registrants who sign up by October 4 are guaranteed a t-shirt. There are no refunds and a six hour time limit applies to all events.

- Half marathon (double loop course)

All events start and finish at the Sharon Jones Amphitheater. Courses run along the North Augusta Greeneway, cross the Savannah River, and continue on the River Levy trail in Augusta, Georgia. The Crowne Plaza hotel is adjacent to the start and finish area. Chip timing will be used and water stations are placed approximately every 2 to 3 miles. Trails and sidewalks on the route remain open to other runners, walkers, cyclists, and pedestrians.
Awards for the marathon and half marathon will be presented to the top two male and female finishers in overall and age-group categories: 29 and under; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70 and over. For the 10K, awards go to the top three overall male and female finishers. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
