Ability 1st Utah 23rd Annual Run, Walk & Roll
The event takes place on Saturday, September 26, 2026, in Provo, Utah at Ability 1st Utah, 1455 W 820 N, Provo 84601. This is the 23rd annual Run, Walk & Roll. The race uses a new river trail course and will begin and end in the Ability 1st Utah parking lot. Official chip timing is provided by Wright on Time. Proceeds will support youth and community integration programs. The event site lists DJ music, food, and prizes as part of the race-day activities.
Distances, categories, and logistics
- 5K - categories: ages 18-54; 12-17; 11 and under; 55+; manual wheelchair; motorized wheelchair
- 1K (Children) - open to ages 11 and under
Most 5K event entries are listed at $25 or $20 depending on category; the Children 1K is listed at $10. Registration for most 5K events closes September 24, 2026; Children 1K registration closes September 23, 2026. Race packets and bib numbers are available for pickup at Ability 1st Utah on Friday, September 25 (2:00 to 7:00 pm) and on race morning beginning at 7:30 am. There will be no 10K race in 2026.
