Event overview

The 6 Hours of Power at John Bryan State Park takes place on May 9, 2026 in Yellow Springs, Ohio. The event is organized by Wolf Pack Adventures and has an entry fee of $60. Participants run as many 5K loops as they can within a six-hour window. To officially complete the race, participants must finish at least four loops; the official race time for those finishers is recorded when the fourth loop is completed. Results are recorded as the total number of loops completed in six hours. The participant with the most loops in the six-hour period is declared the event winner. The race is permitted under special use authorization from John Bryan State Park.

Course and logistics

All races start and finish at the Lower Stone Shelter in John Bryan State Park (3790 State Route 370, Yellow Springs, OH 45387). The course is a single 5K loop with about 180 ft of elevation gain and consists of trail and mixed terrain. The route will be marked with color-coded flags, cones, and arrows. Registration includes a race bib, finisher medal, race sticker, timing and posted results, and sponsor products from Hammer Nutrition and SPORTea. A GPX map of the 5K loop is provided.
