5K To Fill the Room Presented by Community Partners of El Paso
This community benefit event collects essentials such as diapers, socks, and school supplies for children in foster care or with an open CPS case. Participation through running, walking, or spectating supports local children by contributing resources and awareness.
The event takes place at Ascarate Park, 6900 Delta, El Paso, TX 79905, USA.
Distances and formats:
- 5K run or walk
- 1 mile Family Walk (non-timed, non-competitive)
- 50 m Kids Dash for children 10 and under
Registration opens on 2026-07-08 and closes on 2027-04-17. Published registration fees are $30 for the 5K, $25 for the 1 mile Family Walk, and $10 for the Kids Dash.
Unisex event shirts are provided for early registrants; shirts and specific sizes are not guaranteed for later registrants.
Awards are given 1st through 3rd place for male and female in these age groups: 10 & Under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+. Additional awards include 1st Overall Male, 1st Overall Female, and 1st through 3rd largest teams.
