Event
The Luau 5K & 10K takes place on May 9, 2026, at Fred Howard Park in Tarpon Springs, Florida (1700 Sunset Dr, 34689). The event includes the following distances:

All runners must register on RunSignup. There is no on-site registration. The event is organized by US Road Running. Finisher medals, a shirt and gear shop, a best costume award, series points, and awards are listed as part of the event program.
Course and logistics
The course is described as an out-and-back measuring 1.04 miles per out-and-back segment (0.52 mile one-way). The 5K uses the course three times and the 10K uses it six times. A course time limit of 2:00 hours is in place. Participants are advised to use the parking lot next to the restrooms and pavilion 6 at Fred Howard Park.
