US Road Running - Largo
The US Road Running event in Largo, Florida, is a recurring athletic competition that offers multiple distances for participants. The event is held at Eagle Lake Park, located at 1800 Keene Road. All participants must register via RunSignup prior to the event, as there is no registration available on the day of the race.
Participants can choose from three different race distances:
- 5K: A 1.56-mile out and back course completed one time.
- 10K: A 1.56-mile out and back course completed two times.
- Half Marathon: A 1.64-mile out and back course completed four times.
The event has a total course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes. Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the official start and concludes 10 minutes prior to the race. All finishers are awarded a themed medal for completing their respective courses.
While not mandatory, participants are encouraged to wear costumes, and there is an opportunity to earn points toward the US Road Running Race Series. Parking is available near the start pin located within the park grounds. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
