Medal Madness 5K, 10K, and 13.1M - Holiday, FL
Medal Madness features three measured running events held at 2305 Baillies Bluff Road in Holiday, Florida. The event program includes the following distances:
- 5K : two circuits of a 1.56-mile round trip
- 10K : four circuits of a 1.56-mile round trip
- 13.1 Miles : six circuits of a 2.18-mile round trip
Course layouts are out-and-back loops. For the 5K and 10K, the one-way loop is 0.78 miles (1.56 miles round trip); the half marathon uses a different out-and-back loop with a one-way length of 1.09 miles (2.18 miles round trip). Each event covers its distance by repeating the corresponding loop the number of times listed above.
All runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before the race and closes 10 minutes before the race start. A course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes applies.
