The course is based on a 0.52 mile segment that forms a 1.04 mile out and back. The 5K completes that out and back three times; the 10K completes it six times. A course time limit of two hours applies.

All runners must register on RunSignup; on-site registration is not available. Participants are advised to use the parking lot next to the restrooms and Pavilion 6 at Fred Howard Park.
