October 2026
Walkers follow a 3.1 Miles mostly flat course on the Five Star Trail starting at Lynch Field, with a short hill up to the trail. Registration is at Kaufman Pavilion at Lynch Field and the walk is held alongside the running races.
November 2026
The event includes a 5k Walk of 3.1 Miles starting at 32 West Fayette Street in Uniontown, PA, held alongside the 5K run and family activities. The community Thanksgiving event supports The Salvation Army and welcomes walkers of all paces.
Walkers may join a 5K walk starting at 2 North Main Street, Greensburg, alongside the running races; packet pickup is at the Westmoreland County Courthouse.

The walk is a 5K starting in front of the New Florence fire hall, looping past Route 711, Boswell Road and the Laurel Hill Iron Furnace by the state gamelands. One water stop at ~1.45 miles; 1:05 finish limit and walking only or DQ.
