Walkers follow a 5 km out and back route from the main square outside the McMillan Centre at 323 Grafton Street, along the Confederation Trail via Joe Ghiz Memorial Park. Course marshals at intersections; includes free t shirt and snacks.

Walkers can choose 5K, 10K, 16K or Half Marathon walk options in Charlottetown, PE, as part of the two-day PEI Marathon weekend, with city routes and walk categories held alongside the running races.
