Prince Edward Island Marathon 2026
The 22nd annual Prince Edward Island Marathon takes place October 16 to 18, 2026 and supports the Canadian Mental Health Association – PEI Division. The full marathon route runs through the city of Charlottetown and is a Boston qualifying race. The event spans a weekend with multiple run and walk categories for different ages and abilities.

Registration includes a unique finisher's medal, Atlantic Chip Sport timing, a custom technical running shirt available in men's and women's styles, transportation to the start line for marathoners and first-leg relay runners, on-course fueling (water, Gatorade, fruit, gels), course amenities (toilets and first-aid), finish line nutrition, medals and prizes for top finishers, and a downloadable finisher's certificate. Race kit pick up is scheduled for October 16 and 17 at The Holman Grand Hotel; there will be no race-day kit pick up for 2026. Registration fees are non-refundable, but registrations may be transferred to 2027 if the organizer is notified by email by September 27, 2026; deferrals are valid for one year.
