About the race
Vancouver T100 Triathlon takes place in Vancouver, BC on 14 and 15 August 2027. The weekend is presented as a multi-sport festival with multiple race options, community events and professional racing.
Race formats include a 100 km T100 distance and standard triathlon distances. The T100 distance consists of a 2 km ocean swim, an 80 km bike and an 18 km run. The event notes closed road racing through the city, an ocean swim start from Locarno Beach, a rolling bike course, and a hard-packed trail run. Typical environmental ranges are listed as average water temperature 14–18°C and air temperature 15–23°C.
Distances:
- T100 2 km swim, 80 km bike, 18 km run.
- Olympic 1.5 km swim, 40 km bike, 10 km run.
- Sprint 750 m swim, 20 km bike, 5 km run.
- Junior Super Sprint 350 m swim, 10 km bike, 2.5 km run, draft legal for ages 14 to 23.
The 100 km T100 events are qualifiers for the T100 Age-Group World Championship Finals, with age-group championship slots available. Race entry includes a premium T100 swag pack. Refund terms allow a 50% refund 90 days before race day and a 25% refund until 30 days before race day.
