Steamboat Marathon, Half Marathon and 10K
The Steamboat Marathon weekend in Steamboat Springs, Colorado features a marathon, a half marathon and a 10K held in June. The 2027 event is the 46th annual running of these races. Distances offered include:

The course runs alongside the Elk River and follows Country Road 129 through emerald green pastures with views of the snow capped Rocky Mountains. The marathon course is a certified Boston qualifier, and the marathon and 10K are designated official qualifier events for national races such as the Bolder Boulder and the Boston Marathon. The Steamboat Half has been featured by Runner's World in a list of destination half marathons.
