About the race
The Golden Harvest event on 09/13/2026 takes place at Hunt Elementary, 3511 Silent Grove Rd, Springdale, AR 72762. The event includes multiple in-person races, a volunteer-then-run option, and a virtual race.
Distances offered include:
- 50 m Kid's Dash for ages 10 and under
- 1 Mile untimed event
- 5K (3.1 Miles)
- 10K (6.2 Miles)
- Half Marathon (13.1 Miles)
- Virtual Run run any day, any location
Timed races use chip-timing with live results and awards. The half marathon will have pacers. Most race entries include a custom bib, designer shirt, and a finisher medal; the kid's dash provides a mini bib, youth-sized shirt, and a specifically crafted kids' medal. Free event photos are provided and there are treats at the finish line.
The virtual event includes a digital bib, event shirt, finisher medal, and shipping for the packet; mailed packets ship the Wednesday after the race and participants can upload times and photos starting the day of the event. A volunteer-then-run option asks volunteers to arrive 30 minutes before packet pickup and then run any distance. The Running Buddy Half Marathon requires prior application and approval. Register by midnight on Thursday two Thursdays before race day to guarantee a shirt. Youth pricing for the 5K and 10K is listed as $17 for ages 12 and under.
