Trifest for MS : Race information
Trifest for MS is a three day event held Sept. 4, 5 and 6 as the 15th annual HOMECOMING. Races include youth triathlons, sprint, super sprint and an Olympic F1 format, plus aquabike options, corporate relay competition, relays and para divisions. New in 2026 are the Mini Trifesta 24.3 for ages 12 and up, the Trifesta 54.5 Relay for teams of two or three, and fundraising options available at registration checkout on the race roster.
Race days are organized with youth events on Friday and the main adult triathlon fields on Saturday and Sunday. Para divisions for several race types are limited to a maximum of 15 racers. Relay teams of two or three are allowed in most triathlons except Aquabike and Youth events. Triathlon minimum ages are defined for each distance category.
Packet pickup is scheduled for Friday at the race site and athletes are asked to pick up packets prior to race day. All athletes must show a USAT membership card or pay a one day pass and sign required waivers. Photo identification is required for birthday validation. The bike course is subject to closure by city police during the event.

- Youth 5-8: 25 yd swim, 1 mile bike, 0.5 mile run
- Youth 9-15: 75 yd swim, 2 mile bike, 1 mile run
- Super Sprint: 200 yd swim, 3.75 mile bike, 1 mile run
- Sprint: 400 m swim, 13 mile bike, 5 km run
- Olympic F1: two swims, two 13 mile bikes, two 5 km runs
- Olympic Aquabike: 800 m swim, 13 mile bike, 700 m swim, 13 mile bike
