Zane's Trace Commemoration 5k & 10k
The event takes place on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at Zane’s Landing Park, W. Market St., Downtown Zanesville, Ohio 43701. It is presented by the Zanesville Run Club and includes timed and non-timed options.
Distances offered:
- 10k : 6.2 miles, timed competitive
- 5k Race : 3.1 miles, timed competitive
- 5k Fun Run/Walk : 3.1 miles, non-timed
Both the 10k and the 5k start and finish at Zane’s Landing Park. The 10k is a double loop that explores Historic Downtown Zanesville and the Historic Putnam areas. The 5k follows a single loop along the same route. The course is described as flat and includes water stations at the 2 mile and 5 mile marks, plus water and nutrition at the finish.
Awards are given to the top three overall male and female finishers for the timed races. All finishers receive a one-of-a-kind finisher medal. Race packets include a custom finisher medal, a premium tri-blend t-shirt with the official race logo, and finish line food and beverage.
Registration details: registration opens April 6, 2026 and closes June 19, 2026. Entry fees through June 19 are $45 for the 10k and $30 for each 5k option; late entry fees apply on race day. Live results will be published and an onsite results kiosk is available. Email and live text results are available by opt-in during registration.
