Zanesville City Half Marathon
The Zanesville City Half Marathon takes place on September 26, 2026, in Zanesville, Ohio. The event is the sixth annual edition and includes a half marathon and a 5K, both beginning and ending in downtown Zanesville. The advertised half marathon course has a total elevation change of 414 ft and the course will be open for 3.5 hours.

All finishers receive a custom finisher medal and a premium race T-shirt. Race packets include finish-line food and beverages; participants registered by August 30 are guaranteed a T-shirt. Overall and age group awards are issued for both events. Overall awards go to the top three male and female finishers based on gun time. Age group awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in these categories: 14-under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.
Early packet pick-up is scheduled the day before the race at The Downtown Exchange, 525 Main St, Zanesville. Race morning packet pickup is listed at Secrest Auditorium, 334 Shinnick St, Zanesville. Results are provided via instant on-site kiosks and live published results; automatic text and email results are available for those who opt in.
Entry fees vary by registration date and are non-refundable. If an in-person race cannot safely occur, registrations will convert to a non-refundable virtual event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
