Zanesville City Half Marathon
The Zanesville City Half Marathon takes place on Saturday, September 26, 2026, in Zanesville, Ohio. The event includes two distances:
- Half Marathon
- 5K
Both races begin and end in downtown Zanesville. The half marathon follows a new route through the city and has a total course elevation change of 414 ft; the course will be open for 3.5 hours. Turn-by-turn instructions are provided for each route.
All finishers receive a custom finishers medal and a premium race T-shirt; finish-line food and beverages are provided. Participants registered by August 30 are guaranteed a T-shirt; any extras are available on a first-come, first-served basis after that date.
Awards are given for overall and age group placements in both races. Overall awards go to the top three male and female finishers and are based on gun time. Age group awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in these categories: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and over.
Results are available automatically by text or email for those who opt in, with instant results on site and live publishing. Early packet pick-up is available the day before the race at The Downtown Exchange; race morning packet pick-up is at Secrest Auditorium.
