Event overview
The Yeti 7/11 Hour Endurance Run is a timed trail running event held at Sweetwater Creek State Park in Lithia Springs, Georgia (1750 Mt Vernon Rd). The event offers two timed durations: 7-hour and 11-hour endurance races. Overall awards are given for male and female finishers in both durations. Chip timing is provided by Zen Arcade Timing.
Course and logistics
The course is a loop that uses the High Lake Trail and Ruins Trail inside the park. The loop length is described as approximately 4 miles and includes single-track and double-track sections, hill sections, a lake, ridgeline access via an old jeep road, falls, and historic sites. The route will be marked with ribbon. A GPX file for the course is available through online course services.
Packet pickup is handled at the park group shelter. Bathrooms are located in the park lots. The event is set up as a cupless race; each participant must bring a reusable cup for hot and other drinks.
Aid station and policies
The aid station follows a 7-11 theme and lists items such as hot dogs, pixie sticks, honey buns, crackers and chips, plus water and electrolyte drinks. Participants with special dietary needs are advised to bring their own food. The event has a no-refund policy and does not offer deferrals or transfers. The organizer has published entry and inclusion policies addressing athletes with disabilities, transgender entrants, and non-binary entrant handling.
