Yeti 7/11 Hour Endurance Run
The Yeti 7/11 Hour Endurance Run is an annual trail endurance event held in Lithia Springs, Georgia. The event is organized by Yeti Trail Runners and is hosted at Sweetwater Creek State Park Group Shelter, 1750 Mt Vernon Rd, Lithia Springs, GA 30122. The event is listed as the 10th annual edition and is scheduled in March 2027.

- 11 hour endurance run
- 7 hour endurance run
- 3 hour endurance run
The course is a 4 mile loop that includes single track and double track sections, carriage roads, and some hills. The route passes a lake, a jeep road that leads to ridgeline views, falls, and historic sites. The course is marked with clear ribbon markings. Bathrooms are located in the group shelter at the site.
An aid station is stocked with convenience store themed items such as hot dogs, pixie sticks, honey buns, crackers, and water and electrolyte drinks. Participants are invited to bring their own cooler for special dietary needs.
Timing is provided by Zen Arcade Timing using chip timing with real-time tracking, live lap counting, and splits. Overall male and female awards are offered for the listed distances. Registration opens October 31, 2026. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
