Yandina Five 'O
The Yandina Five 'O is a trail running event held on 13 June 2026 around the township of Yandina on the Sunshine Coast hinterland. Races are staged from Terella Brewing at 196 Bunya Road, North Arm, and run across Mapleton National Park and some private land. The courses pass bubbling creeks, a lookout and include hilly terrain.

Entry includes an event shirt, a finisher's memento, parking and a courtesy bus from the designated parking area. There are early bird and standard pricing periods for each distance. No entries on the day. Minimum age limits apply for each distance and participants under 18 must have a parent or guardian present.
Mandatory equipment requirements include a mobile phone with emergency contacts, a race bib worn on the front, a headlamp for 50 km competitors, a compression bandage, and minimum hydration capacities (1.5 L for 50 km, 1 L for 36 km and 21 km, 500 ml for 12 km). Participants must carry their own drinking cup at checkpoints.
Course marking uses reflective orange and silver flagging tape, red directional arrows and red crosses to show incorrect routes. The course may be altered due to bush fires, flooding or harvesting. Drop bags are permitted for the 50 km race only and must meet size and weight restrictions; uncollected drop bags will be disposed of.
